London born, Nashville based Spencer Cullum debut solo album 2021's Spencer Cullum’s Coin Collection paid homage to the ’60s and ‘70s psych-pop, folk and proto prog heroes of his homeland. This appreciation continues with the release of 5 covers - songs by Duncan Browne, Trees, Mike Cooper, Kevin Ayers and Bridget St. John - in association with the purveyors of such good taste Aquarium Drunkard.
Spencer's version of In A Mist by Duncan Browne came about after Erin Rae suggested they do a version together in Nashville:
"It’s the most heart-breaking folk song I’ve ever heard that lasts for a full 7 mins. Duncan Browne is one of my favourite British folk singers and his first record has been a huge influence on me. Especially great is his masterful classical guitar work."

The EP includes the following cover versions:
- Eleanor’s Cake (Which Ate Her) – Kevin Ayers
- Road – Trees
- Barefeet and Hot Pavements – Bridget St. John
- In a Mist – Duncan Browne
- Good Times – Mike Cooper
